Delivery:
Your order will be processed within 24 hours. A conformation email showing that we have received your order will be automatically sent to you once you have proceeded through to the end of the checkout.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS.
We dispatch all orders via Australian Post (Express service) or via Courier if you prefer.
We trust that the Australian Postal service are indeed delivering with in the stated time frames of 3 - 5 working days for inner city regions and up to 12 days for more remote areas. Please accept our apologies should your order not be delivered within these time frames.... we will naturally track any order that has been delayed and report back to you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
We dispatch all International Orders via Australian Post. Please allow 10 -14 days for delivery.
If by any chance we are out of stock of an item you will be notified and given a delivery date. If this is not satisfactory you will be given the option of cancelling the order.
Returns Policy:
Returns are accepted only in case of prior authorization. The intention to return an item must be notified to us within 15 days after you have received your order.
All products must be in perfect condition, unopened and in packaging.
For reason of hygiene the return product must be unworn and unused.
We are willing to change an item with another one of the same value.
We do not refund if you changed your mind or chose the wrong size, colour etc. If a product has a defect we are willing to exchange.
Shipment cost cannot be refunded.
In case of a return due to us sending you the wrong order (we are human and sometimes make mistakes) . Shipment cost for re-sending a new item is free.
We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns. We cannot guarantee that your package will not be damaged upon arrival to your address.
Any damaged or incomplete shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the products. Our products are brand new and have not been used. If a product arrives that looks damaged, dirty, resealed immediately file a claim with the carrier. Save all original packing material for inspection.

We accept Money orders and bank cheques but goods will not be dispatched until they are cleared in the bank.
